Leslie Perez is the Data Intern with the Capacity Enhancement team at The Kalamazoo Promise and a graduate of Loy Norrix High School. As a first-generation college student studying Economics with a minor in Data Science at Western Michigan University, she supports data-driven initiatives that strengthen community impact.

Leslie is interested in evaluation, analytics, and using data to support Programs and improve outcomes for students and families.
