Ivan Murillo

Scholar Relations Intern

Ivan is currently a student-athlete at Albion College, where he is pursuing a double major in Marketing and Economics & Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. He is also a member of the Albion College men’s soccer team, balancing academics with athletics while developing leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Born in Rexburg, Idaho, Ivan moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan at the age of two and has been a proud member of the Kalamazoo community ever since. He attended Kalamazoo Public Schools from K-12th grade and graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School.

Through his studies and athletic experiences, Ivan has developed interests in business, marketing strategy, leadership development, and community engagement. As a first-generation college student, he is committed to creating opportunities for personal growth through hard work and perseverance.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, staying active through sports and fitness, and exploring new opportunities for travel and professional development.
