As the Scholar Relations and Guest Experience Specialist, Ingrid is the first point of contact and the first face you see when you come to the Kalamazoo Promise office. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard while never hesitating to offer a helping hand. With a background in healthcare and administration, Ingrid has gained valuable experience that has deepened her passion for helping others and making a difference in her community.

Ingrid is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Grand Valley State University, further enhancing her skills and knowledge as a proud Kalamazoo Promise recipient. As a mother of four wonderful children, she cherishes spending quality time with her family. Known for her bubbly, friendly personality, Ingrid loves collaborating with others and brings joy to community events through her talent for event planning and creating beautiful balloon decorations. Her commitment to making a lasting impact is rooted in the belief that everyone plays a part in shaping a better community for the future.
